YES IT IS SAFE TO SAY THAT ALOT OF PEOPLE IN BEDFORD COUNTY THINK THAT MOST ( if not all ) OF THE JUDICAL SYSTEM IS GETTING A KICK BACK. NOT ONLY IN THE JUVENILE AREA. I THINK SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO A LARGE SCALE INVESTIGATION OF THIS ENTIRE AREA. You know something is wrong when a public defender looks at a client and says ” if I was being paid for this I could get you off of this but since I am doing this way you will get this sentence” and all should be treated the same whether he is paid by the state or a client.

I COMMENTED ON THE GARAGE FIRE FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF STOPPING THE BULLSHIT LIES THAT HAVE BEEN GOING AROUND ABOUT THIS. I LIVE SEVERAL MILES FROM THERE AND HAVE NO CONCERN ABOUT THE PARK ITSELF. THE FIRE WAS A CONCERN OF MINE SINCE I WAS A FIRE FIGHTER FOR MANY YEARS OF MY LIFE. PEOPLE NEED TO QUIT WITH THE LIES AND QUIT DOING WHATEVER THEY CAN TO CAUSE TROUBLE FOR OTHERS. Im sorry to hear that your little one is going for surgery I did not know until you posted it she is a very beautiful sweet little girl.
You are right no one should be bashed not you not me not no one.

I would have filled the hole in, if I was able to I would have after getting pissed enough. But thank you for posting at least it should have been filled in. I know that someone is causing everyone to point the finger at me, but I did not start the rumor about the meth lab I defended everyone when the undercover police officer told me it was in a shed, no one ever said it was in the garage, you all might take a second thought at who might have twisted the story around and why they might do that ? He needs to stop it and come clean with getting the drama going and he knows that I’m on too him and he drinks way too much. I know from past experience he has not changed. They need to get help and stop it. I have been informed of some info they have been planting seeds so to say and they broke a young mans trust not to say nothing but only trying to warn them of the stupid thing that was said to tell the total truth on that one “I said they were too drunk and lazy to even put forth ant effort”

And I think it would be ok if you Lisa place a article of the fire and your story you can do that because everyone should have the chance to have there say. I think it would be a good thing but thats up to you and the cameraman. i really do feel sorry for every ones loss in the fire I was told there was unreplacable things stored there and I know everyone has been threw a lot not just me and my son everyone has been effected in a place that I used to call home and I liked living in the trailer park, its so beautiful in the morning when the sun comes up and it wouldn’t matter if I won the lottery I still would have stayed there, but I might also get a place to have somewhere warmer for in the winter to be totally honest. But it is a nice place and there are good hard working people trying to raise there kids and you are doing a good job even if you are all hating on me.
I know who is starting the rumors they don’t really want me to show the papers I and others have I will do what I have to do to stop this drama and it does’nt have anything to do with you or matt. Who knows how long and what all they have been saying, but i know of somethings.

First off..I am not coming on here to Bash you Barb..you dont deserve it anymore than I do..however posting the burning building under Boiling Springs is wrong simply because it had nothing to do with anything..but a Fire in Bedford county..correct..And the pipe i spoke of was a Water Line which was run..not a sewer line..and the past septic problems which were spoke of were prior to even my family moving in..I am very confident in our new landlords and if theres an issue it will be addressed..as for my husband he aint the owner..nor manager..is it his responsibility to make sure stuffs fixed no..however he makes every attempt to help..yes the hole should of been filled..it wasnt sewer it was simply a hole collecting rain water..if it was on my lot and i was threatend by it id fill it my self plain and simple..Barb i lived by u..and we had no problems with eachother..have we..I have stood and listened to some awful stuff u were to have said about us and its not fair..and for the record my 6yr old drinks..baths..ect in this water coming from our sink she is going in for surgery that has nothing to do with her health and shes had every test under the sun because of her age and all her tests are fine….so just leave our names out of this please and let my family deal with our own lives at this point..Thank you..

the woman on the video said her husband helped lay the new sewer piping, which i was told might have been done without a permit or even inspected after the work was done,

if this is wrong then someone show me a permit for replacing sewer piping, not well piping, i guess it sounds like it is time to make some calls and find out these answers myself if no one here has the answers

Think about others, I have thought about others, its quite noticeable that no one thought of me and my son when the hole that was dug in my yard was not filled in until after the cameraman left, and I have been at the trailer park, the landlord kept telling Matt to fill it in !!! and where did you get the six weeks from ?
And I am at the end not only am I getting all the shit from everyone, my trailer is where the shit was going. Lisa, on the video even tells where it was going,
I just won’t go into my trailer until the insepector clears everything because I want to know if its safe, ask the landlord I told him and I thinks he understands, I am not out to sue no one, so who ever is saying that they just want to keep the drama going. If I wanted to cause problems why didn’t I do it a month eariler ? none of yous would have left that hole in your yard that long now would have you ?
And the cameraman is not a low life he just cares about people and likes to get the truth out.
And if you didn’t notice I was not the only person taking pictures and I was concerned about everyone there and why is everyone hating on me and the cameraman we only are telling and getting the truth out.
As for compassion I have more compassion for others then most and you know this, I don’t know why Matt and Lisa want to cause me problems the last few months I have never done no harm to them.
Why didn’t he just do what the landlord wanted when he told him time and time again to fill in the hole ? If the hole would have been filled none of this would have gone this far and I would not of connected what happened to me and my son to what caused the problem. We could have died and then what ? then talk about problems
Like I always say the truth will always come out

Stop the BS and try to see what can be done to help everyone not hurt everyone !!!
And if you haven’t noticed when someone crosses the cameraman and is disrespectful and he will stop at nothing to expose anything and everything that everyone has in there past so Kim I would apologize to him and you might help save everyone from further exposure…

We understand there have been problems in this trailer court for quite some time. But I just find it interesting that the garage fire had absolutely NOTHING to do with you..and yet there you, and all your drama stood taking pictures. FOR WHAT? To cause more unneccessary drama and to put down the managers of the park even more so. You, yourself have not set foot into that trailer park in 6 weeks… 6 WEEKS… but surprise surprise.. she shows up at the darkest hour and causes more drama. WHEN WILL YOU HAVE ENOUGH? Why don’t you just take your knife and shove it directly into the backs of the Park Managers..who, by the way, have been nothing but been compassionate up to this point with you… just shove your knife in their backs and twist… because at this point.. you have absolutely NO REASON to be there. YOU ARE RUINING THESE FAMILIES LIVES! These people can’t afford to move elsewhere; some dont HAVE MOMMYS AND DADDYS HOUSES to run to! Just STOP your bs, Barb, because yes, you have made your point, and DEP is involved and all the right measures are being taken to fix the issues…call and ask DEAN SHULLER yourself!! But seriously.. and I’m saying this to every family that lives there.. if this place is such an awful, disgusting, “hazardous” place to live.. then I’m truly sorry and you are more than welcome to take your trailers and your belongings and move to another trailer court that you feel is more suitable and is more healthy. Who started the rumor about the meth lab ? and why ? when someone told me that there was a meth lab at the trailer park I just laughed at them and told them that there was no meth lab in that park that as far as I knew no one did hard drugs they just drink.
This report was not to cause drama or to cause harm to others even though me and my son have been treated unfairly.
This report was about the SEWAGE PROBLEMS that should have been taken care of years ago, about people that were concerned about what was going into the STREAM, about the effects on there health and there childrens’ health, and why there was a HOLE dug and not filled in for over two months.
What would you have done if you had that hole right outside your bedroom window ? well Lisa what would you have done ?
And kim C (someone who lives here) your post is so far from what the truth is and anyone who knows me knows I am against drugs are you trying to upset me so I come on here and post stupid stuff that has nothing to do with this report ? and if there was a meth lab there I would be the first to report that to the police and to the cameraman !!! I can pass a drug test can you ? I did hear that you recently stop smoking weed thats a good thing isn’t it a good feeling not being messed up in the head now you just need to stop over taking your pills and your half way there to recovery. And its a good thing too for your children they wont have to see mommy smoking weed in front of them. I know this has nothing to do with the report but she asked for it and I only say what is the truth and what I can prove.
Now if anyone does see any of my other posts I have not posted anything to insult another but I am so against drugs and kim knows this I have lowed my self to there level.
I talked to the landlord and I was under the belief that we were going to work together to help each other I even found information that would help him and helping him helps us all. As I said before he was handed over a mess.
I also said that most of the people here are good people.
But the discrimination that me and my son have gone through well its just not right !!!
