MS MAUZY, I’M E MAILING YOU RATHER THAN REPLYING IN THE “FREE PRESS” WHERE IT CAN BE INTERCEPTED BY CAMERAMAN AND DISCARDED. HE HAS COMMITTED ONE OF THE MOST SACRILIGIOUS VIOLATIONS IN THE FIELD OF JOURNALISM. THAT IS REVEALING THE IDENTITY OF AN ANONOMOUS WRITER (CONTRIBUTOR) TO HIS INTERNET PRESS.READERS. ALL NEWSPAPERS OR PERIODICALS ONLY RELEASE THAT INFORMATION UNDER COURT ORDER. EVEN THEN SOME FIGHT TO PROTECT THE WRITER. I INTEND TO FOLLOW UP ON THIS SERIOUS INFRACTION.OF MY RIGHT TO PRIVACY.
now mr. coyle, you comments are a complete joke, you are the one who posted your real name not me. and correct me if i am wrong but when you write a letter to the gazette you are REQUIERED to sign it with your real name and supply them with your phone number. so dont come here playing your don ickes games. you dont want to play with me mr. coyle i will make you look bad. if you or your buddy ickes think you can do something. then dont sing it, bring it, mr. coyle.

so before you put your foot in your mouth AGAIN!!
j.r. joining the democtatic committee was only a small part of MY DECISION to let him go
try getting your facts correct if you plan on keeping up with me
those who know what is really going on with this site already knows j.r.young was a volunteer writer, PERIOD !!!

mr. cameraman in your own statement of 8/2/2010, time 3:18 pm you said it was not JR’s decision to resign as an editor of the FP. you also stated in the past that a member of the staff of “free press” cannot be an active member of a political party. if true, then mr.young’ s decision ,and i’m sure it was HIS DECISION, by his act of joining the democratic party was the same as saying
“I QUIT”, right ?

this is going to be a revolutionary blog site. mr. cameraman thinks that he is playing “devils advocate ” where he attempting to play “bloggers adversary”. the only thing is, if he thinks he is coming up on the short end of a debate, which is most of the time, he releases
your “non de plume” and your real name, as well. ah, now you know why A.J. Young split.

dear mr. jay law
on page 4 of the july 31st bedford’s shopping guide, check the top names in the “filed for divorce in bedford county”. this is always the final of what some people refer to as a very short love affair. others just call it a “quickee”. this is the same twosome that our Role Model D.A. suggested that they should just “put this behind them”, and “move on” with their lives. this, for all purposes ended those lives and destroyed a family. agreed, she is to blame as much as he, but he should have been acting on a much higher ethical plane. he didn’t actually fall off that plane, he just never was on it.

shortly after i heard the great news of the $100,000 forfieture, i seen a “for sale sign” by howard hannah realty in front of the d.a.’s. home. the rumor circulated that he was seen heading east at a fast rate of speed with his red fire truck loaded with his belongings and awards. i became overjoyed that we may at last have heard the end of “i” and “me”. alas, it was not to be, it was discovered that a prankster, or a group of kibitzers or a horde of jokers or possibly an unruly mob of ex cons placed the sign on his landscaped front lawn, knowing the d.a. had a great sense of humor. but it turned out to be a very sick joke and he was still here and busy at his desk. …..damn!!!

Are you talking about a dream of a mid-nite tryst here? Because I honestly cannot think of a more horrific night-mare .
As far as everybody that did an “immoral act” goes , think John Edwards who resigned from the presidential race or Eliot Spitzer who walked away from the govenor of N.Y. Both men had the “class” to admit that they were ashamed of themselves , an admission Billhigg chokes on. The D.A. thinks “class” is: “what grade are you in”?

one does not have to a ” higginite ” to know the difference between moral terpitude and an illegal act, if everyone would step down that commited an immoral act then their would be a lot more jobs available out there
i got a question for you? is the fact that higgins had sex in his office the real issue or is it you feel left out of a midnight visit yourself?
the reason i ask is you dont seem to know how to get over old news

lets examine the term “your office”. while bill was running for office for his first term , he had an office in the town squares for his ” private practise”. his first case was an eviction case…..on himself. his practise was so “private” no one knew about it. or what went on in it. but no one cared and rightly so. his office in the courthouse is paid for by taxpayers money. since i’m sure i’m dealing with a “higginite” here, i’ll end this with 2 points :
” desecration ” and “moral terpitude”. but then. look who i’m talking to.

The article says the Pa Attorney General and The District Attorney share, the financial gain from the Anderson case. I was just wondering it says they use it for computers and for equipment and possibly for wages. All this done without the tax payers cost, so it says.
I was just wondering, now who keeps records of all this money? Is it The DA office? Is this public knowledge of what it is spent for? In the article it says a car was given to the Bedford County Jail to transport inmates. I was wondering when this was done? And when this vechile might be being used for the inmates and for what purpose would they be transported.
As far as the comments on this topic of our area being
flooded with drugs. So true it seems to be on every street corner. Yes, they may go after the big ones, but it is the little guy that keeps it coming in.
From knowing and working with addicts in different areas, they all same the same. There is always someone who is willing to pick up the addicts when someone is caught. These so called big dealers have all these little
people (addicts) who do most of the dirty work for them.
By that I am saying the Dealers know how to keep the addicts hooked. Which in turn keeps the drugs coming in the area. It has been like that for 30 years or more here in this county. Just getting worse all the time. So I do hope that the assest that they get are put to good use.
Not just words on paper. The sad part is there is not enough help here in the county to cover the load of the addicts who need help. And for our county the only help they seem to want to give is throw them in the jail. If they
think that is gonna keep the drugs out, they are wrong. Addiction is just as it says addicted. Anyone with the knowledge of drug addiction, can tell you . Once they have used the drugs they are hooked. For the withdrawl can be so severe physcially as well as mentally. That if even the addict wants to quit. It is nearly impossible if it is on every street corner in town. And if the dealer is wanting to make some money, he knows good and well all he has to do is approach the addict, no matter how long they have tried to be clean. It is a visicious circle they the addict fights every minute of every day.
Then we add inmates from different areas, who bring in new and more opportunities for the inmates to meet new connections. Alot of the connentions and dealers meet right here in the Bedford County Correctional Facility.
I would like to suggest that they would consider using these funds to start a rehab within our county jail as to help those who are addicted. Make it mandatory like they do for DUI ‘s if they are charged with drug related crimes. But make sure they have the correct knowledge of how to help. Even when an addict is wanting to get help it can take a few days or up to a month for them to be able to get help. Just like all other agencies they to have more clients than there is money or room for in a rehab enviroment. Personal Solutions is an agency here in Bedford County that is used for addicts to be able to start to get into a facility or begin treatment.
If there are more agencies in the area maybe someone will post the info for anyone wanting to get help. Oh, yea Twin Lakes too is in the area.
Bedford County Mental Health could also be a starting point for information. It has to be the addict who wants the help or nothing works. But if they do not know where to turn before they end up in jail. Most all addicts eventually will serve jail time. It is statics that most all addicts will have relapse. That seems to be a problem here in this county we see many who try , but can not stay clean without a support system.

While this story makes forfeiture sound positive—-you can also
look at it this way: police will target those people who have
assets so that they (the police) can put those assets to their
own use. (and they admit as such in the article) Anytime the
Government can seize for their own purposes, it leads to more
seizures. To see the 700+ pages of property our Federal Government has seized from its citizens and plans to keep,
go to “forfeiture.gov”. YOU NEED NOT BE ACCUSED OR CONVICTED OF A CRIME TO LOSE YOUR PROPERTY—-(research “civil asset forfeiture” on the internet
to see that the Government can seize your property upon
“probable cause”, the lowest possible standard. They can
then file a lawsuit against your property, such as US v 2005
Ford Mustang—It will be up to you to fight them in court!)

Small towns. No, the brain injury is not Jim’s. That accident the system was flushed due to not knowing what was in the body. He was going into surgery asap due to a bone through the skin. Don’t tell me about addicts, I already know one or you could say 2. One is a ex husband, but you already new that. One has been and will always be in the recovering addicts, this one I can’t talk for. The other will always be one and is doing well so far. That one has been in the game for many years and no longer wants to be in the game. These people are sick and tired of people talking about and making assumptions about the game. I don’t think it is a game, but is called a game due to people trying to beat it and you can’t. That game will always beat you. As for mass volume in 2 yrs. that total would be at 100s of thousands of dollars. You could retire for the rest of your life. No I don’t like drugs, but if he was supposedly the biggest drug dealer in this area. Why are the drugs as bad if not worse now. He’s been off the streets sense Feb. 8, 2008. There comes a time the dislike or vengeance of something has to be put aside and an answer has to be found. The CIA brought heroin in to this country in the Vietnam War time to fight the wars the government wouldn’t give them money for. That same factor is now being used for money. For the rest of my life I will be dealing with a recover heroin addict, that will not change. At the same time as there is AA out there, there is NA out there. That heroin addict is not Mr. Anderson or at least not this one. You get the pusher out, take care of the addiction, the dealers go away.

i know a little bit more about this case then what was just in the news. you forget this is a small town, people see things, people know things, and your son was selling herion at mass volume
not sure who you are trying to fool but i know better

Guess the DA didn’t want to mention the Court appointed attorney that the judge wouldn’t let be fired in the beginning for not representing a client, well he didn’t file the paper work in the 10 day period. As far as someone getting killed. I do not think that a person with a brain injury is a threat to anyone. They have enough trouble just remembering what they are doing, where they are going and just learning to do things again. What I do know is 2 different vehicles had to have brakes fixed. One could have been it just needed to be done, the other was a cut line. At least that is what the person said when they had it fixed, when it left all I knew was there was something wrong with the brakes.
