I see on the plea court TERRI SHOWALTER was to plea today the 7th of Sept. I hope they throw the book at her. Read the Gazette story from the end of Dec. about her killing her husband – he had the defending wounds, she was so under the influence of something she didn’t know if she shot or stabbed him, she couldn’t stand or sit on her own and was foaming from the mouth. If a drug dealer gets 26-54 years, she should get the same or more.

talked to everett police chief today, and was told no charges will be filed on myself or debbie hughes clark stemming from the incident on the final night at the everett carnival.
case closed, debbie hughes and the rest of the clark bunch, tell your sad story walking !!

i talked with the chief of police wayne emrick this morning, and i told him my version of events from saturday night, and he said he will talk to the officer who spoke with debbie hughes.
now since the police did not witness anything and can only take the word of the people from the other side. and the fact that my version is different. in that event the everett police would have to charge BOTH parties. meaning if i get cited well so does debbie clark hughes
the chief said he will continue to investigate the incident

walking back to my vehicle last night after the fireworks show at the everett carnival i was confronted by debbie clark hughes who was with at least 5 other people and she made threats to me that i need to watch my back and i had one coming
well i had words with this mob of friendly people. and in typical debbie clark fashion she calls the police on me crying the blues. everett police showed up at jr young’s place looking for me at midnight
so now i have to track down the borough police and see what they want. but for debbie clark hughes to start a fight with me then turn tail and call the police shows just how ignorant this family really is
i one person defends himself from a mob of clark followers and i am the bad guy ?

your missing the point, and by the way i agree with you about randy clark he was liked by many, i was making a point that debbie hughes paints her family can do no wrong, i have known her im sure a lot longer then you think. i was only pointing out how wrong she is, i will leave randy clark at piece from this point on, i just wanted to show no one is as perfect as debbie hughes is claiming.

I am sure that his mother doesnt believe it is ok.
But i can tell you that I have 3 children of my own. And from a mothers point of view, I will love my children unconditionally always no matter what they do.
Even if i did not agree with the things they do, I would guide them in the right direction, and never turn my back to my child.

I would like to know what this kids mistakes have to do with Randy or Joe.
Let me tell you one thing, Randy is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet in your lifetime. He has done so many things for others and will continue to do that as long as he is alive. There are many people in this town that like Randy and will agree with that.
And as far as his drinking goes, yea he messed up. But the good he has done for others in his lifetime well over powers the mistakes he made with alcohol.
Lets be honest here. Im not perfect and nobody is. But lets not take cheap shots at someone who has done so much good for others, and has hurt ONLY himself….
Randy Clark is a good man and he does not deserve to be belittled and bad mouthed over a situation he has nothing to do with.

my comment was about robert welsh i used randy clark and the others as a history lesson how things work, i got nothing against randy clark, and i call all bars a slop joint for a dont like bars, to many drunks to deal with, the things that happened with joe was before your time im sure, a lot happened that im sure you dont know about.
joe & debbie have caused problems for people, many people, people say bad things about me all the time, this is the real world, i never claimed to be a nice guy, and i never will be a nice guy, however debbie has painted a perfect pic of her family which is far from perfect just like mine is no were near being perfect

Does anyone know what is the story with the BLUE VAN that is supposedly trying to pick up kids in Bedford, Cumberland, etc. up until Thursday night? As of Friday night, he was supposedly caught. Maybe now it will be in the news. I’ve seen it all over Facebook posts, but you would think the police would have reported it to the media, so the public could be on the lookout for him! Also, what was the assault that the police were at the Landmark (Bedford?) for Wednesday night?

I ATTENDED THE DON ICKES HEARING ON FRIDAY THE 13TH, ICKES WAS CHARGED WITH DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED PA LICENSE AND DRIVING WITHOUT A PA LICENSE. AN OUT OF COUNTY JUDGE NAMED GUIDO WAS ON THE BENCH. THIS WAS A COMPLETE CIRCUS, ICKES ACCUSED THE SHERIFF’S DEPT OF SETTING HIM UP. MADE CLAIMS THAT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY DID NOT HAVE THE OATH OF OFFICE, JUDGE GUIDO HAD TO PUT A TIME LIMIT ON MR. ICKES TO STOP HIM FROM GOING ON AND ON, ICKES CLAIMS HE LIVES IN FLORIDA AND PRODUCED WHAT SEEMED TO BE A VALID FLORIDA DRIVER’S LICENSE ISSUED IN 2008, THE THE D.A. PRODUCED A PERSON WHO LIVES ON THE SAME ROAD AS ICKES IN OSTERBURG WHO SAID HE HAS LIVED THERE MANY YEARS AND SEES ICKES JUST ABOUT EVERYDAY. ICKES TRIED CALLING JUDGE LING TO THE WITNESS STAND BUT WAS DENIED BY JUDGE GUIDO, MR. ICKES EVEN CALLED YOUR TRUELY THE CAMERAMAN TO THE WITNESS STAND AT THE LAST MINUTE IN A SURPRISE MOVE. I TESTIFIED THAT ON THE DAY ICKES WAS CITED FOR THESE TICKETS THAT HE SHOWED ME AND THE SHERIFF’S DEPT HE HAD A FLORIDA LICENSE. IN THE END ICKES WAS FOUND NOT GUILY OF DRIVING WHILE HIS LICENSE WAS UNDER SUSPENSION, JUDGE RULING THE STATE DID NOT PROVE THAT HE KNEW HIS LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED, BUT WAS FOUND GUILTY OF DRIVING IN PA WITHOUT A VALID PA LICENSE. THE HEARING TOOK 2 1/2 HRS, AND ICKES RECEIVED A $400 FINE PLUS COURT COST, ICKES TOLD ME HE IS APPEALING THIS RULING
