Where does the Bedford County School Board come up with the big bucks to hire a lawyer when they keep complaining they don’t have any money and need money for this and need money for that and now they are suing the County Commissioners because of the property taxes.
The school board didn’t get the money they thought they would when trying to raise our property taxes and now they are spending tax dollars hiring lawyers to sue to try to get money. To me this doesn’t make sense to spend tax dollars to try to get money. Seems to me that you don’t need the money if you can spend that much money to hire lawyers to sue the Commissioners.
Personally I think people who don’t have any children, the elderly on fixed incomes and other people whose children are grown and long out of school shouldn’t have to pay school taxes.
I guess the school board isn’t out to save money, but spend it anyway they can.
With the upcoming elections and the majority of people are mad as hell and not going to take it anymore, I’m sure your actions will be remembered for any forthcoming levy or anything else you put on the ballots in the future.

at the commissioner meeting on august 31( today ) you could hear the queen of the courthouse faith zembower crying her sad story to the people in the crowd about the information not being in her office no more, she acted like she was looking for an argument even telling john wilson to get his facts straight,
willie snyder and myself exchanged words, when her husband walked up to me to ask a question, willie told him, dont ask him he dont know anything all he does is bash people, i told her she should really learn how to keep her big mouth shut, then about 5 mins later you could hear her crying about me not taking off my hat and that i dont salute the flag, saying i should not even be in that room recording.

let me clue you in since everyone is scared of the little queen of the courthouse. last year zembower paraded up and down the halls of the courthouse telling anyone who would listen the assessment office dont know what they are doing, all the player club members to many to list went to faith to ask assessment questions, why are they going to her? she dont work in the assessment office.
she has told me herself last year that the assessment office cant do this, or cant do that. further more i have on video that while little miss faith was on the clock she was attending tax player club meetings. if she has that much time on her hands then someone should find her some work or get rid of her. you can blame her for the problem with removing the information from her office, she thinks she runs both offices, no one has told her otherwise
and now we come to the phone call i received from the queen of the courthouse herself. she calls me crying about a comment i made. faith zembower dont push your luck with the cameraman i have been nice up to this point.
but your about to be the next contestant on the ” cutting edge ” if your not careful.

it was very interesting to see just how long terry chalfant talked with the attorney representing the bittner family suing the county commissioners, it seems chalfant has leached onto this law firm. and standing in the hallway you could terry chalfant explaining things to the people waiting to go into the courtroom. chalfant was telling the people why the commissioners did this and why the commissioners did that. if they only knew this guy is a master of deception

i would like to know why ebersole & herline always call their own media person they want to talk to up to their office to be interviewed.
how about setting up a press conference after the meeting with all the media people who can ask any type of questions on camera
why do they sneak off to their offices and only talk to certain media people,
are they scared to answer my questions ??

besides that i have got another story brewing already got my proof ( just putting it all together ) involving one of our commissioners being sued by 3 credit card companies for not paying his bill

Randy there were taxplayers there. The secretary and her husband and board member Don Snyder and 4 other followers were there. I saw them when you spand around the room. These guys are the followers though not the lime lighters.

which i would like to add their was no taxplayers at the meeting representing the rest of the county, and the bedford gazette did not even cover the meeting this week

Hey- I loved the video of the woman yelling at the other meeting. I have met people like her, and unfortunatly, I think she has real mental problems. So i will hold back the jokes. Is her last name Herline? (I couldn’t help it)

Wow, two minutes, commissioners seemed to be pleased of the record they set. What gets me see is, it took the meeting to adjourn in order for the public to ask a question. For the commissioners did not ask if any questions from the floor at all during the meeting. And of course we heard the answer yes they have custodians.
But other than it being recorded in the video, it did not seem to be written up to be followed through by the commissioners.
True it is looking disgraceful at the front entrance of the courthouse. Which I refer to as the original front entrance of the court house. Along with coffee cups, soda bottles also being left lay there .
Maybe possibly a wastecan and a butt disposal could be placed at the entrances. Most public places do have both there for the public to dispose of the trash. Even non smoking areas such as the hospital etc. have them avaible.
Maybe if they would put this on the agenda and take a vote. Could solve the problem.
True Camerman I agree it is some of the people who are probably attending meeting or hearings. It was told by a county worker that court this week has been crazy. Hearings and meetings for Judge Ling were beginning at 9:00 am which was Monday and did not finish till 2:30 am. on Tuesday.
Now tell me how anyone could of made good decisions after waiting all morning , day , night, and morning. Is there no time limit. It was said not. That the courthouse closes at 4:30p.m. but hearings can go on as long as necessary. It was said like 122 or so cases were heard on Monday July 19th. Then they had to turn around and be back for court at 9:00a.m. on Tuesday morning for who knows how many cases. Now tell me would you like to have someone representing you who had this load of cases to handle. The reason given was that with Judge Howsare leaving, the DA had put the cases on hold to be continued upon the change of Judges. Then on the court schedule it says conferences for the next two days. I know the commisioner have nothing probably to do with the court schedule. But for the little time it took them, then to think and hear of how the Judge has such long hours. There seems to be no system in that court house except for what ever the DA office is deciding.
I thought it was neat the gentleman tried to stick in the idea of drinking not allowed either. Even though the meeting was over he did make a point. But as usual the commissioners did not seem to want to hear from the public.
All that said it is still no excuse for anyone to be leaving trash and butts behind.
