i take it your talking about this incident below, now if you could make the connection between your charge and the prison officials then maybe readers would not think your still drunk. and who is the maryland’s jailhouse attorney ?, would that be you ?.
    PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
    DATE: 10/11/2015

The problem with prison officials is there is no oversight or repercussions for they’re bad behavior. They don’t give a damn. However, they’re hapless fellow county police officers have just made a critical error. They have just charged Maryland’s must notorious jailhouse lawyer with public drunkness for asking for help. I hope your county attorneys have plenty of money to spend locking me up for a year or less. We will spend the next 15 years battling civil rights violations. See 42 USCA 1983. I promise every man and women in that jail that I will not let them down nor forget they’re plight.

In response to wandering…. I think it’s real easy to say why this isn’t the case for two reasons. First one bad apple ruins the bushel. I’m sure a few have tried to sneak contraband into the facility this way. That is all the credit I will give the county in this matter. Secondly, the real reason, being the incredibly ridiculous price gouging of the inmates of any commissary merchandise. How else can we provide president judge ling with se more money to embezzle? What about the corrupt commissioners? They need to line their pockets so they can love high on the hog. I could go on and site examples like this from every facet of this county. Commissary funds aren’t applied to those individuals you might say?!? All I can say is there’s many ways for organization #1 to give organization #2 a dollar without the taxpayer knowing about it. Anyone else care to comment?

  4. Wondering says:

I believe that maintenance personnel should be on the call around the clock at the jail just in case anything would break needs fixed

  5. Wondering says:

I believe that people should be able to give their love ones that are in the jail
Things like socks boxers and books paper and pens. They go through there mail so why can’t they
Check out the paper and things like that. They should also be allowed to send them in food items.
I also think that the iates should be allowed once a month to have a contact visit with their spouses or children.

  6. BCFP says:

could be any number of reasons, maybe officials found problems there during their investigation, so they locked the inmates down until they can solve the problems

  7. Wondering says:

Does anyone know why Bedford County Jail is on lock down for? They said it will be like that all week.

  8. EDWARD PERKOWSKI says:

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO THE BCCF GUARDS HAVE PERTAINING TO INMATES BEING BROUGHT IN UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A SUBSTANCE? WHEN BROUGHT IN IF THE INMATES ARE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A SUBSTANCE AND NOT IN CONTROL OR THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND HOW CAN THEY START WRITING INFRACTIONS THE MINUTE THE INMATE IS BROUGHT IN? WHEN YOU HAVE IN HOUSE INFRACTION HEARING WHY CANT THE INMATE HAVE HIS ATTORNEY PRESENT? WHY IS THERE NO PAMPHLET FOR VISITORS EXPLAINING VISITING HOURS ,WHAT THEY CAN GIVE THE INMATES AND HOW IT WORKS?

  9. Mark McConnell says:

It is good to see one male inmate is attempting to better his life.

  10. ann Barker says:

People have been saying things about Orr for over 2 years in this county. Here some truth the man should have be investigated before this. Anyone that would mistreat or steal from there mother……hello that should say it all. The people that run this county sit back and have done nothing and they knew and I personally know this.
